ZipSmart.ai is a combination of real estate and AI-driven forecast.
The focus of ZipSmart is the commitment to eliminate buyer and seller remorse by making a more accessible platform for buyers, sellers, and the industry at large.
The whole idea behind this SaaS is that anyone can access the AI predictions at a country level, but to go all the way to a zip-code level, you have to subscribe.
I've worked very closely with the CEO, Arvin Haddad, since day 01 of this MVP-beta version. The concept was a combination of Google Maps with weather forecast apps, responsive enough to be able to be used at a large desktop screen and a mobile phone.
The whole team was globally remote with developers in Vietnam, US, and Europe.
